THE CULTIVATE GRANT PROGRAM
The Cultivate grant program for small businesses was designed to provide opportunities for entrepreneurs in the real estate and mortgage industry. Understanding that real estate covers all facets of the industry (i.e. Architects, agriculture, appraisers, brokerages, builders, civil engineers, construction, developers, general contractors, manufactures, services, software, technology, etc.), AIREE wants to decrease the lack representation in these fields for many African Americans.
